I have been using hearing aids and providers for many years. Polina is the best provider I have ever used. She administered a hearing test that was the most comprehensive I have ever had. She explained the results in a manner that was easily understandable.
Polina explained which hearing aid is the best for my situation. She loaned me a pair until the units I purchased come in. She adjusted them and explained the app to me. I have never been happier with the hearing aids she recommended or the service provided. She is definitely a 10 and I would have no problem recommending her practice.

Unfortunately, my hearing has declined to such a degree that a high- tech system is mandatory. I have virtually no hearing in my right ear, only a bit my more in the left. To say that my situation is a challenge is putting it mildly. Nobody knew how to guide me until I met Polina Roskin. I can’t sing her praises enough. She suggested The Starkey Genesis Bi-Cros and a mold. Her expertise, dedication and compassion are extraordinary ; her focus and determination exemplary!

I visited and went online to other hearing companies when shopping for new hearing aids. Polina was both accommodating and competitive. Polina was a wonderful Audiologist.
I purchased Starkey Genesis hearing aids and I am in my trial period. So far so good.

I am 71 years old and have just started to need hearing aids. I went to a recommended ENT and audiology office. I had a horrible experience. I came to Polina because I am a musician. I need to protect my Hearing but still be able to hear myself sing. Polina hooked me up and went above and beyond with getting me custom in ear monitors. I highly recommend Polina for all of your Hearing aids and needs she is Awesome!!!

I have been wearing hearing aids for over 50 years and am very particular about the fit and sound. It is often hard to find a hearing aid specialist that is skilled and patient enough to work through the fittings and adjustments with me, but Polina Roskin is one of those rare people!! Not only is she exceedingly patient, she is knowledgeable, experienced and kind. She truly just wants you to hear better and will do whatever she can to make that happen. Best of all, she is just a really nice person.
